Hummus Board

Ingredients
For the hummus:
2 cans chickpeas, strained and rinsed
½ cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, roasted
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
10 grape tomatoes
For the toppings:
½ cucumber, finely diced
¼ onion, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
2 celery stalks, finely diced
15 grape tomatoes
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup olive oil
1 ACE Bakery White Baguette, for dipping
Method
Make hummus: In a blender, add ½ cup warm water and all the hummus ingredients except grape tomatoes. Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute, or until very smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice or salt if needed. Transfer half of the hummus into a bowl. Add tomatoes to blender with remaining hummus and blend on high speed until completely combined. Transfer the tomato hummus into a separate bowl. Keep in fridge until ready to plate.
Make the board: On a large cutting board, transfer 6 large spoonful’s of regular hummus and 6 large spoonful’s of tomato hummus around the board. Using the back of a clean spoon, create a bowl shape in the centre of each spoonful. Sprinkle toppings into the centre of the hummus “bowl”. Drizzle bowls with olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika overtop. Slice the ACE Bakery White Baguette into thin rounds. Scatter around the board for dipping.
