Our in-house chef @MaddyGoldberg gives us her take on these famous chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Method
Make the dry mix: In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Make the batter: In a large bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add the dry mix to the large bowl. Stir until combined. Add chocolate chips and chocolate chunks.
Bake the cookies: Preheat oven to 375. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll batter in 2 tablespoon sized balls. Place on baking sheets at least two inches apart. Bake in oven for 10-13 minutes, or until edges are beginning to brown.
